GSF-16 Global Peeling Knife Lambfoot 6cm Blade – a very good knife for peeling or paring. Gets its name from the down-turned tip of the blade which is said to resemble the shape of a lamb’s foot.
GSF-17 Global Peeling Knife Curved 6cm Blade – this is Global’s main small peeling knife with a curved blade that’s perfect for working on spherical items such as apples and potatoes. A small notch in the handle provides additional grip and control.
