Comprising 4x GS-108B/HSE half serrated steak knives, 4x GT-0002 steak forks and a knife dock, these steak knives & forks can be stored neatly in a drawer or on display on your counter top.

As with all Global GS knives, this steak knife is crafted from high quality Cromova18 stainless steel and ice hardened to Rockwell 56-58. The blade features an acute 15° cutting edge which holds its razor sharp edge for longer, yet is easily sharpened when required. The hollow handle is filled with sand to provide excellent balance whilst the classic Global dotted handle provides a secure grip. Smooth contours and seamless construction eliminate food or dirt traps, offering the ultimate in safety and hygiene.

The Global 3 pronged steak forks have a satin finish and match the steak knives perfectly.

The Global knife dock is made from sleek brushed stainless steel wrapped around a POV core, making it extremely durable whilst iconic Global branding adds to its good looks.

Cleaning Global knives is straightforward and easy – simply wash immediately after use in warm water with a mild detergent. Dry with a soft cloth.
