Henckels International 14 Piece Self Sharpening Modernist Knife Block

This Henkels Zwilling Self-Sharpening 14 Piece Knife Block Set features an ash wood knife block with a stainless steel cap.

This knife block set includes an 8cm paring knife, 13cm utility knife, 15cm utility knife, 18cm santoku, 20cm bread knife, 20cm chef’s knife, 6 x 11cm steak knives and a pair of kitchen shears.

The block features self sharpening KIS technology to protect the knives from becoming blunted. Each of the stainless steel knives in this set has a matching slot with intergrated ceramic sharpening stones at the optimum angle for each knife to be maintained individually (excluding the steak knives).

Each of the knives feature ergonomic handles providing a firm and comfortable fatigue free grip and a safe working practice.

The knives are made of high-quality 18/10 stainless steel with a polished end cap on each handle with an embossed logo.
