Rockingham Forge Equilibrium Steak/Utility Knife

The Rockingham Forge Equilibrium Steak/Utility Knife is combination of a chef’s knife and a paring knife, a real all-rounder.

The Rockingham Forge Equilibrium Utility Knife is useful for cutting jobs that a paring knife might be too big for, or when dealing with cutting jobs that are too big for a chef’s knife.

The serrated variant of the utility knife is useful for slicing bagel and buns, sandwich slicing, and carving.

Equilibrium blades are made from high quality German chromium-molybdenum-vanadium steel, which is ice-hardened for lasting sharpness and rust resistance.

The handles are made from black POM material in a curved design which provides a perfect and comfortable grip, weighted by the through-tang steel construction.
